Reverend Lattimore received his calling from the Lord in April of 1995. He has been pastoring Tabernacle Baptist Church for 18 years. He has worked as Juvenile Probation and Intake Officer for the 10th Judicial District Juvenile Court under the Honorable Teresa French for nine years. He has worked all five counties in Southeast Arkansas. He is presently working as a juvenile liaison and advocate for the Juvenile Court System.
He has been certified in anger management, parenting skills, social skills and also facilitated, as well originated, the ADAM MINISTRY (Alcohol & Drug Awareness Ministry) now called Alcohol Drug and Awareness Management which is used by the juvenile court for all five counties in Southeast Arkansas. This ministry was designed to educate, intervene and prevent juveniles from using drugs and alcohol recognizing the health risk and danger using these substances. For some juveniles, this ministry was a last resort before being sent to the Department of Youth Services (juvenile prison). Reverend Lattimore has also received his Pastor’s Alternative for Teaching Certification.
He received his training from Regional Counter Drug Training Academy in Meridian, Mississippi, and certification at the National Gang Crime Research Center in Chicago, Illinois, where he did presentations in 2007 and 2010. Lattimore specializes in Gang Identification, Gang Counseling, Gang Intervention and Prevention, Hate Groups/ White Extremist and Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs. Reverend Lattimore is also the founder and facilitator of G.A.M.E. (Gang Awareness Means Education). He also is a trainer for the Arkansas Administrative Office of the Courts where they train juvenile officers.
Reverend Lattimore lives in McGehee and is married to the former Judy Livingston. They have three children, Ricky Jr., Andre’, Tammy and four grandchildren.
